Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Application Administrator to manage, configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This role requires a professional with strong technical skills and expertise in application management.Responsibilities:Create and manage user accounts, roles and security permissions to ensure compliance and data integrity.Monitor performance, system health and application availability using Oracle tools and technologies.Plan, coordinate and apply quarterly updates, patches and new releases to maintain application stability.Identify, analyze and resolve application issues to minimize downtime and optimize user experience.Maintain production configurations, security settings and reference data to ensure seamless operations.Handle data imports/exports, data validation and data protection tasks to safeguard sensitive information.Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, SCM and other teams to support application needs and drive business growth.Generate reports and dashboards; experience with OTBI is highly valued.Requirements:To succeed in this role, you should have:Strong technical skills in Oracle Fusion Applications and related technologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex application issues.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.A proven track record of success in application management and administration.Experience with data analytics and reporting tools such as OTBI.What We Offer:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
