For more information, please visit www.trueblue.comJob Responsibilities -- End-to-end recruitment: Manage the entire hiring lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates.- Candidate sourcing: Proactively source candidates using various tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Desired Candidate Profile -- Experience: Minimum 3 years Tech/Non-Tech recruitment, including direct interaction with clients and hiring managers.- Sourcing Expertise: Strong proficiency in sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms.- Technical Skills: Solid command of Excel with strong data management capabilities.- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, time management, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
