Looking for an experienced configuration expert on EC of SAP SuccessFactors. And for this vacancy, you are skilled at working and driving change within a demanding international environment, bring strong interpersonal communication skills, and are able to drive issue resolution and results leveraging a detail orientation and simplicity mindset.Qualifications & ResponsibilitiesBachelor's degree in IT, HR or related field strongly preferredMinimum of 10-15 years of total experience in HRIS or IT focused applicationsSuccessFactors expert accredited on SAP SF EC moduleMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in the respective SAP/SF module, experience, knowledge and expertise in business systems analysis and design and project life cycle methodology, incl best practices.HR systems development, implementation and project management experience preferably in a global (retail) environmentAbility to work cross-functionally and cross border in international context and settingAbility to communicate effectively with HR process owners, technical teams and usersContinuous process improvement skillset as well as change management analysis skillsAbility to document processes, functional specifications and decisions made as well as the ability to troubleshoot and to test expertiseTech savvyLeading expert in HR Technology, preferably on SAP SF EC, Recruiting and Onboarding modulesContinuously focusing on the associate experienceInterested trends on HR TechnologyTeam player who works collaboratively and effectively with othersRequired SkillsStrong interpersonal communication skillsAbility to drive issue resolution and resultsDetail orientation and simplicity mindsetPreferred SkillsExperience in a global (retail) environmentChange management analysis skills
