Job Title: Technical Innovation LeadThe role entails driving technical excellence by spearheading a culture of continuous learning and skill upgradation. This involves implementing robust processes to ensure consistency, quality, and high standards in all projects.This position champions best practices, innovative solutions, and performance optimization to consistently deliver exceptional project outcomes.Conduct thorough technical reviews, peer reviews, and checks to contribute to the design process.Provide constructive feedback to the team lead on the effectiveness of protocols and processes with a view to continuous improvement.Foster positive professional relationships with the team, communicating openly about project progress.Participate in project meetings, disseminate information within the team, and communicate with other teams as needed.Identify and address potential risk issues, adhering to company commercial and contracting processes.Ensure delegated tasks are completed on time, flagging resourcing concerns to the team leader.Identify and report additional fees to the team lead.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering or related field.Proven experience in Plumbing & Fire Protection design for commercial and residential buildings at concept, schematic, and detailed design stages.Skilled in fixture load calculations, pipe pressure drop calculations.Expertise in pipe sizing for hot & cold water and fire protection.Able to prepare Plumbing and Fire equipment schedules and BOQs.Proficient in creating layouts, schematics, sections, plant rooms hand mark ups.Knowledge of ASHRAE, ISHRAE, ASPE, IPC, NFPA Fire codes, and industry standards.
