To succeed, candidates should possess a strong technical background with 3-5 years of experience in network and system management.Duties and ResponsibilitiesWe require someone who can procure, configure, and troubleshoot various types of IT equipment.The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing office networks, including LAN/WAN setup, internet connectivity, and coordination with telecommunications providers.Migrating to national AT&T network plans is also a requirement.They must ensure robust security through Bitdefender/Microsoft Defender.Additionally, they should be proficient in administering Outlook, hosting services, and access control systems.The successful candidate will manage hosting services, domain registration, and DNS management through GoDaddy.Aquirement/renewal of domains, SSL certificates, and other web-related services is also expected.Furthermore, they should be able to administer Zoom and Remote Access Management platforms.This position involves coordinating with multiple vendors, including network providers and software solutions like Sector 7 and Trams hosting.Leading the India Support Team, supervising desktop support, and resolving access management tickets are also essential responsibilities.Required SkillsStrong technical background in network/system administration.Proficiency in managing office networks (LAN/WAN), internet connectivity, and telecom coordination.Experience with migrating to national AT&T network plans.Knowledge of security management tools like Bitdefender/Microsoft Defender.Familiarity with email clients, hosting services, and access control systems.Skillset for managing hosting services, domain registration, and DNS management.Able to handle acquisitions/renewals of domains, SSL certificates, and web services.Expertise in remote access management and video conferencing solutions like Zoom.Strong communication skills to coordinate with vendors.Leadership skills to lead the India Support Team and supervise desktop support.What We OfferThis role provides opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic environment.
