Sales Manager - Corporate Real Estate Sales

We're looking for a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as a Sales Manager. This role demands a proven expert in corporate real estate sales with a deep understanding of the entire sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in top real estate firms, with a focus on leading and mentoring sales teams.

Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, draft SOPs, from prospecting to negotiation and conversion.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a sales team. Provide sales training on effective sales pitches, objection handling, cross-selling, and upselling.

Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and ensure the team meets business goals besides P&L/MIS reports.

Market & Marketing Expertise: Use a deep understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market research and analysis to inform strategies. Experience with International Property Consultants IPCs is a plus. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns.
