Lead Paid Media StrategistWe are seeking a seasoned Paid Media expert to lead the direction of all paid media activities across our client portfolio.Define strategic approaches, ensuring operational consistency and strong performance standards across digital channels.Act as primary authority for paid media planning and execution, providing leadership to internal teams and ensuring initiatives support broader business objectives.This senior role requires 8+ years' experience in paid media management, digital advertising or media leadership roles. You should have a deep understanding of major platforms (Google, Meta, programmatic DSPs, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and strong analytical capabilities with proven experience interpreting performance data and shaping strategic decisions.The ideal candidate will be able to work independently within a remote structure and manage multiple priorities effectively, while maintaining high-quality communication with clients and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish comprehensive paid media strategy outlining channel roles, investment principles and performance expectations.Lead planning and oversight of paid search, paid social, programmatic, video and emerging media platforms.Develop frameworks for optimisation, measurement and continuous improvement across campaigns.Required Experience & Skills8+ years working in paid media management, digital advertising or media leadership roles.Deep understanding of major platforms (Google, Meta, programmatic DSPs, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).Strong analytical capabilities, with proven experience interpreting performance data and shaping strategic decisions.What This Role OffersFlexible part-time schedule designed for senior-level strategic leadership.Full remote working environment with access to global resources.Opportunity to influence high-impact client strategies across multiple markets.
