Job Title: Global Lead Statistical ProgrammerOverviewThe Global Lead Statistical Programmer is a critical role that leads one or more Phase I-IV studies programming activities as per project strategies.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead statistical programming activities for therapeutic areas or compounds/indications within multiple studies/projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.Develop and maintain comprehensive programming documentation following established standards and processes.Create SDTM mapping specifications and ADaM specifications according to CDISC standards, fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders and external functional service providers.Design and oversee SAS programs for creating SDTM and ADaM datasets following CDISC standards and reports, leveraging technical expertise to drive data-driven decision making.Contribute to establishing and maintaining statistical programming standards, driving process improvements through active participation in cross-functional teams.Participate in CRF annotation, review of SAP, TLFs specifications development, and TLFs review, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Required Skills and QualificationsFor this role, we are seeking candidates with advanced knowledge of statistical programming languages and experience working with large datasets.
