Location: IN - Bangalore 24/7 | Job-ID: | Contract type: Standard | Business Unit: OthersLife on the teamA Technical Contract Management Team Leader in FLS's shared service organization with ServiceNow Asset Management is responsible for overseeing the management of contracts and ensuring the efficient use of assets within the ServiceNow platform. You'll get to work with some of the most talented and passionate people in the business and get exposure to leading edge technologies which will enable you to advance your skills.What you'll doOperate during European hours primarily with exceptions for India hoursLead and manage a team of asset/contract management professionals Responsible for understanding operational requirements, researching best practices, and maintain highest level of performance of the teamEnsure all assets/contracts are properly managed, tracked, and renewed as necessary.Oversee the use and management of assets within the ServiceNow platform.Identify and implement improvements to contract and asset management processes.Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and senior management.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.Prepare and present regular reports on contract and asset management activities.Responsible for training and development opportunities for team membersDemonstrates Computacenter winning together values for the position level.Responsible for management of resourcing requirementsResponsible to cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional interactions and ensuring all staff members perform at a consistently high level.Attending and responding to written / electronic correspondence and liaise closely with onshore Functional teams for day-to-day operations.Act on team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team.Responsible for applying matrix organization guidelinesWhat you'll needProven experience in contract management and asset management, preferably within the ServiceNow platform with 7 to 12 years of experience.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Willingness to adapt quickly to new working conditions and deliver outcomesCuriosity to understand systems, processes and people for delivering outcomesProficiency in ServiceNow and other relevant software tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Prior experience working in a matrix organizationStrong verbal and written communication skills.A degree in business, finance, or a related field is often preferred.About usWith over 20,000 employees across the globe, we work at the heart of digitisation, advising organisations on IT strategy, implementing the most appropriate technology, and helping our customers to source, transform and manage their technology infrastructure in over 70 countries.
