Job SummaryThe Global Statistical Programmer Lead will be responsible for overseeing and implementing programming strategies across various clinical studies. This individual will work independently to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will lead statistical programming activities, developing and maintaining documentation in accordance with established standards and processes.This position involves creating SDTM mapping specifications, ADaM datasets, and reports following CDISC guidelines.The successful applicant will contribute to the development of standard macros, participate in establishing statistical programming standards, and collaborate on CRF annotation and review.Responsibilities also include handling P21-related items, eCRT packages, and regulatory submission requirements.This role requires excellent communication skills, as the individual will need to work closely with partnering functions to address health authority requests.Key RequirementsA strong background in statistical programming, with experience in CDISC standards and processes.Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and coach junior programmers.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.What We OfferA dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.NotePlease note that this job description is subject to change based on business needs.
