Design and Implement Advanced CAD/CAE Automation SolutionsAs a Senior CAE/CAD Automation Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced automation solutions for CAD/CAE workflows. This will involve integrating with various platforms to reduce design cycle time and improve engineering productivity.Develop and customize CAD/CAE automation tools using a variety of programming languages and frameworks.Automate design and simulation workflows across multiple platforms, including CATIA, NX, Creo, SolidWorks, Hypermesh, Ansa, Ansys, and Abaqus.Integrate CAD/CAE systems with PLM platforms for seamless data flow, ensuring that designs are accurately transferred and managed throughout the product development lifecycle.Implement pre-processing and post-processing automation for FEA/CFD workflows, including mesh generation, validation, and report automation.Collaborate with global engineering and IT teams to deploy scalable automation solutions that meet business needs and drive productivity gains.Required Skills:Strong experience in CAD/CAE tools, including CATIA V5, NX, Creo, Hypermesh, Ansa, and Ansys.Proficiency in CAA V5, EKL, NX Open, TCL/Tk, Python, VB.NET, C#, and C++ programming languages.Hands-on experience with PLM integration, automation frameworks, and data validation scripts.Knowledge of Agile methodology, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).Preferred: Experience in CAE process automation, PLM migration, and team leadership.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.5-12 years of experience in CAD/CAE automation and customization.This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
