HR Business PartnerThis role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of employees, ensuring their needs are met, and that they feel supported, informed, and engaged.You will play a key part in shaping the employee experience and operational excellence. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on, end-to-end HR exposure in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Employee ExperienceDevelop and execute high-touch onboarding and offboarding strategies to ensure a seamless transition for joiners and leavers.Organize and run engagement, recognition & culture programmes and events that boost belonging and retention.Provide timely support to employees, addressing their queries and needs on a range of topics, including documentation, policies, benefits, etc.Foster a culture of inclusion, transparency, and high engagement within the organization.HR Operational ExcellenceWork towards continuously improving how HR tools are used to automate routine tasks.Manage employee data, documentation, and lifecycle updates across all HR systems.Implement internal policy around company asset and data management to ensure secure, frictionless access and accountability.Assist with payroll inputs, leaves, reimbursements, and benefits administration.Maintain accuracy and timeliness in operational workflows, including contract generation, background verification, compliance, and audits.Support Strategic People ProjectsCollaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.Contribute to performance review cycles, engagement surveys, employee communications, learning initiatives, process documentation, and people analytics.Participate in process improvements, knowledge base creation, and HR automation projects.Requirements:4-6 years of end-to-end HR generalist or people-ops experience in high-growth tech or SaaS companies.Experience managing HRMS, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compliance.A track record of executing engagement or culture programmes with measurable impact.Strong people analytics skills, including spreadsheets, dashboards, and data-driven storytelling.High ownership, integrity, and a learning mindset.Bachelor's in HR, Business, Psychology; MBA or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is a plus.
