AI/ML Researcher & EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled researcher and engineer to join our AI/ML R&D team. As an ideal candidate, you will have 4–10 years of experience in applied AI/ML, with a strong focus on deep learning and generative models.Key Responsibilities:Develop and fine-tune transformer-based architectures for text, audio, and video modalities.Prototype and benchmark emerging generative AI techniques.Domain-Specific Applications:AUDIO:Improve lip-sync accuracy and emotional delivery.Enhance regional language model support.VIDEO:Ensure character and scene consistency.Match quality outputs comparable to Veo3/Sora.Improve motion smoothness and frame coherence.TEXT:Extend LLMs to handle regional languages.Build domain-adapted, fine-tuned models.Evaluation & Optimization:Establish automated evaluation pipelines for audio, video, and image quality scoring.Optimize trade-offs between speed, quality, and compute efficiency.Cross-Modality Integration:Explore audio–video synchronization.Integrate background score generation and text-to-video alignment.Pursue multimodal generative systems.Research & Experimentation:Stay at the forefront of evolving AI models, tools, and techniques.Test architectural variations and scaling strategies for production-ready systems.Ownership & Execution:Own projects from idea to prototype to deployment.Demonstrate strong problem-solving, accountability, and first-principles thinking.
