About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced OTM Implementation Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM Cloud) and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.Job Title: OTM Cloud SpecialistThe successful candidate will be responsible for working on end-to-end OTM implementation, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. This will involve participating in workshops, identifying business requirements, and mapping them to OTM Cloud functionalities.The OTM Cloud Specialist will configure OTM components such as Order Management, Planning & Execution, Rates & Contracts, Itineraries & Network setups, Automation Agents, Screen Sets, Saved Queries, and work closely with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and enhancements.The key responsibilities of the OTM Cloud Specialist include:Delivering high-quality OTM Cloud solutions that meet business needs.Conducting workshops, fit-gap analysis, CRP sessions, and solution demonstrations.Collaborating with cross-functional teams for integrations, data mapping, and custom logic.Supporting test cycle executions and providing issue resolution.Ensuring solution compliance with OTM best practices and project standards.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field and have at least 8 years of experience in OTM implementation and configuration.
