Role Overview:We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, and is ideal for someone eager to learn about talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.Support employer branding initiatives through social media and campus outreach.Communicate with candidates for updates and feedback.Work closely with the HR team on recruitment strategies and process improvements.Qualifications & Skills:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.A keen interest in learning about HR and talent acquisition.Benefits:Hands-on recruitment experience in a professional setting.Mentorship from experienced HR professionals.Potential for a full-time opportunity based on performance.
