Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Drive complex technical programs to support expansion into new global markets, partnering closely with engineering, product, business, and legal teams.Own end-to-end delivery of international launch programs, including roadmap planning, requirements gathering, execution tracking, and stakeholder communication.Build and manage detailed project plans across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of regulatory, technical, and customer-facing components.Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams by driving consensus on scope, priorities, and dependencies for international expansion initiatives.Identify and mitigate risks early by applying strong program management rigor and collaborating with stakeholders to develop practical solutions.Communicate program updates, risks, and decisions to senior leadership through clear written and verbal communication.Support the development of scalable and reusable frameworks that reduce the time, cost, and complexity of launching into new countries.Required Skills and Qualifications:8-10 years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.Proven experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
