We are seeking a talented individual to join our Content team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurugram, Haryana. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.Psychometric Design & Content – InternInternship duration - 6 Months (Jan-June 2026)Education background - Postgraduate in Psychology (preferably I/O Psychology, Applied Psychology, Organization Behavior). Master’s in human resources/OD/OBResponsibilities:Content Management (40%) – The most important and critical aspect to the work is taking ownership of content creation through SMEs, reviewing content for quality parameters, logical correctness, and upload while coordinating with operations team and maintaining the inventory of content for future reference.SME (Subject Matter Expert) Management (20%) – Explore new SMEs through different SME portals, example, LinkedIn, networking etc. and getting SMEs on-boarded for content creation/ review for personality & behavioral tools and assessments requirements.
