Role- AVP-Underwriting In this role as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), Operational experience, 250 to 300 team member management ability, US, P&C underwriting, you will be responsible for helping the Insurance Service Line grow by developing and executing strategies designed to support our insurance company clients, developing new products and solutions, managing existing products, supporting our sales teams, and managing go-to-market strategies.This role will be focused primarily on the U.S. P&C insurance markets with an emphasis on Commercial/Specialty lines.ResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of one or two major Genpact insurance underwriting products/solutions. This aspect is similar to a Product Management role.Lead day to day operations and client relationshipCo-manage (along with Genpact’s client relationship team) a portfolio of existing Genpact insurance underwriting clientsDevelop new products organically or via new business partnerships to bring new solutions to the marketDevelop and manage go-to-market strategies for assigned products and customer markets designed to achieve annual revenue and sales targetsIdentify, and sometimes lead, Value generation, Innovation and enhancement projects within Data, Tech, AIMinimum QualificationsInsurance experience in an underwriting, product management, business development or similar roleThorough understanding and expertise in the U.S.-North America underwriting ecosystem including distribution, underwriting, and pricing, technology platforms, data and analytics sources, and trends impacting the market.Experience, ability, and comfort engaging with senior level insurance company executivesExperience developing go-to-market strategies including understanding of marketing strategies and tools.Preferred Qualifications/ SkillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenHands on knowledge of MS OfficePrior P&L responsibilities for insurance related products
