Job DescriptionJob Title: Junior Graphic DesignerPrimary Skills:Designing collaterals & creatives, excellent communication skills, project managementRole and Responsibilities:Design Creation: Develop innovative and impactful designs for a variety of digital & print collaterals including brochures, flyers, posters, business cards and other marketing materialsBrand Consistency: Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and effectively communicate our brand’s message.Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and collaborating with the creative team.Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to understand brief & requirements.Understanding customer need - Able to place information to make it most impactful for the end consumerTools Expertise: Expert level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, and other design & video toolsKnowledge of UI/UX, Video editing will be added bonusRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Design or related certificationsMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of marketing collaterals including standees, posters, brochures etc. Preferred experience in the edtech or education sector.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, and other design & video toolsExcellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
