This is work from office Mode onlyWe are looking for a Full Stack Architect / Associate Architect/ Leads with strong architectural expertise and deep hands-on experience across Angular, .NET Core, SQL Server, and especially IIS. The ideal candidate must be proficient in application architecture design, performance tuning, and end-to-end ownership of enterprise-grade solutions with significant exposure to hosting and configuration environments.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, design, and deliver high-performance enterprise applications using Angular, .NET Core, and SQL Server.Define and implement best practices around coding, architecture, security, and performance.Take complete ownership of IIS setup, deployment pipelines, and application hosting architecture, ensuring secure and scalable configuration.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Authentication, Application Pools, and service account connectivity.Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for smooth deployment and scaling.Act as a technology guide for development teams and drive solution architecture across projects.Mandatory Technical SkillsFrontend: Angular (11+), strong in architectural best practices, lazy loading, and reusable componentsBackend: .NET Core (Microservices, Middleware, API Gateway, Security & Identity)Database: SQL Server (Data modeling, Partitioning, Performance Tuning)Hosting/Deployment:Extensive IIS configuration and troubleshooting experienceApplication Pool & Worker Process tuningAuthentication strategies (Windows Auth, Service Accounts)Hosting Diagnostics and Event Log AnalysisAdditional ExpectationsDemonstrated experience in designing full-stack architecture from scratchHands-on leadershipsomeone who can code, design, and mentorAbility to take complete technical ownership across layersSoft SkillsStrong documentation and solutioning skillsClear articulation of technical decisions and trade-offsLeadership in architecture forums and code reviewsPreferred QualificationsBachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related fieldCloud exposure (Azure preferred) is a plusCertifications in .NET or Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plusPreferred candidate profileNote: We are looking for immediate joiners .NO WFHOnly candidates ready to relocate to Bangalore are eligible for this position.
