Global Market Development SpecialistThe Global Market Development Specialist is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in international markets. They develop strategies to expand the company's presence abroad, establish relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate agreements that align with the company's interests.Key responsibilities include:Negotiating and signing sales contracts with international clients;Ensuring contract terms are favorable to the company;Tracking order execution and ensuring timely delivery;Maintaining existing customer relationships through regular communication, understanding client needs, and providing solutions;Handling customer inquiries and feedback, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.To be successful in this role, the Global Market Development Specialist must have a deep understanding of international trade laws and regulations, as well as excellent negotiation and communication skills.RequirementsA bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a focus on international market development and customer service, is required.
