Job Title: Safety Excellence ManagerAs a Senior HSE Manager – Offshore, you will play a critical role in fostering a safe working environment for employees on offshore platforms, vessels, and barges.Key responsibilities include:Designing and implementing effective HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HSE concerns and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.Maintaining accurate records of HSE training, certifications, and compliance with international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in HSE, Engineering, or a related field.NEBOSH IGC Level 3 Certification and OPITO-approved T-BOSIET Certification.At least 10+ years of offshore experience with a proven track record of ensuring HSE excellence.Valid ADNOC/ARAMCO HSE Approval and strong knowledge of international HSE standards.Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package to support your professional development.Ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
