Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team. As part of STAMIN, you will be responsible for creating and delivering personalized fitness programs, offering virtual coaching, and supporting users in their fitness journey through our state-of-the-art platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement customized workout plans tailored to individual user goals.
  • Conduct virtual training sessions, providing expert guidance and motivation to clients.
  • Monitor client progress and make adjustments to workout plans to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop fitness-related content, such as instructional videos, articles, and live workshops.
  • Engage with users on the platform to build strong relationships and enhance client retention.
  • Stay updated on fitness trends and techniques to keep the STAMIN platform ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA).
  • Proven experience in creating and executing personalized fitness programs.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise science, strength training, and conditioning.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a digital coaching environment.
  • Familiarity with digital fitness platforms and virtual training is a plus.
