Job Title: Legal Executive

Experience: 3-5 yrs of experience (Non-Litigation)

Job Location: Navi Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Drafting and reviewing legal agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreement, MSA, Master License and Services Agreement, etc.
  • Drafting and reviewing of other legal documents such as tender documents, Authority Letters, Policies, Undertaking, Terms and conditions, etc
  • Provide support to HR department in drafting and reviewing HR documents.
  • Maintaining Legal Agreement and document files and database.
  • Perform administrative and paralegal tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Qualification: L.L.B or B.L.S / LL. B. (3 Year or 5 Year Law Degree)
  • 4-5 years of experience.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS office and related tools.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills.

Please note: Designation will be finalized based on interview evaluation.
