Creative Designer OpportunityWe are looking for a skilled designer to craft compelling brand stories that travel seamlessly from logos and brochures to reels and shorts.A multidisciplinary creative designer who speaks today's social language, respects timeless design craft, and isn't afraid to leverage AI to move faster and dream bigger.The ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals in typography, layout, grids, color, hierarchy, and composition. They will also have working knowledge of AI creative tools, such as image/video generation, upscaling, rotoscoping, and caption/story ideation.Responsibilities include designing logos, brandmarks, and identity systems with clear rationale, creating print-ready collaterals, building and maintaining brand guidelines, and preparing final artwork for print.Social-first content and motion graphic responsibilities include producing thumb-stopping posts, carousels, reels/shorts, and lightweight motion graphics, translating brand campaigns into platform-native visual narratives, and maintaining template systems for speed without losing craft.Collaboration and quality responsibilities include partnering with the UI/UX designer and social media manager to deliver cohesive campaigns, presenting concepts with clear narrative and rationale, and iterating quickly based on feedback.AI-enhanced creativity and workflow responsibilities include using AI tools to ideate, generate, and iterate, building repeatable pipelines, and documenting learnings and championing best practices for the team.Requirements:Strong fundamentals: typography, layout, grids, color, hierarchy, composition.Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere), Figma/Canva, and a mobile editor.Working knowledge of AI creative tools (image/video generation, upscaling, rotoscoping, caption/story ideation).Good taste + cultural fluency for Indian audiences with global polish.Organized files, versioning discipline, and on-time delivery.Bonus Skills:Packaging design, basic 3D (Blender/C4D), photography direction, or illustration.Experience in an agency or with multiple verticals (F&B, Tech, Education, Lifestyle, etc.).What You'll Love About This Role:Full-spectrum creativity: From identity systems to viral reels.AI-first experimentation: Try new tools, formats, and styles—then scale what works.Real impact: Ship work that clients use across digital and offline touchpoints.Growth path: Clear runway to Senior Designer / Creative Lead as we scale.Hybrid flexibility: Based in Vizag; remote-friendly for the right fit.
