Program Manager - Execution and DeliveryThe Program Manager, Execution and Delivery is responsible for the successful implementation of our Skillsbuild program. This role will oversee strategic partnerships across a specified geography to drive pre-determined learner outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Execute the rollout of the program through partner organizations to achieve high-quality delivery.Facilitate communication between our organization and partners to resolve issues and ensure the necessary resources are available.Track and analyze program performance against key indicators, including learner engagement rates, course completion rates, and credential issuance.Implement strategies to address gaps or areas for improvement in program delivery.Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and inform decision-making.Collaborate with content and credentialing teams to ensure program offerings meet quality standards.Collect and synthesize feedback from partners and participants to inform continuous improvement.Prepare regular reports on program status, challenges, and achievements for senior management and stakeholders.Skills and Competencies needed:Ambitious and self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills and a keen ability to identify problems and develop solutions.Strong knowledge of instructional design, program development, analytics, learning technology, and learning principles.General understanding of the educational and workforce skills landscape with a sound knowledge of emerging technologies and employability skills.Strong relationship-building skills with partners, particularly those in education, non-profit, and government sectors.Key requirements include at least 8 years' experience in program management/consulting and/or digital learning transformation roles, strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and project management expertise.
