Job Description: WEB DEVELOPER (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, MERN) with DevOps Focus

Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile WEB DEVELOPER with expertise in WordPress, Magento, MERN stack, and DevOps practices to lead our diverse web development projects. This role requires strong command of multiple web technologies, a focus on DevOps best practices, and effective leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technical aspects of web development projects across WordPress, Magento, MERN stack, and DevOps practices.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and technical strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges that arise during development.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in web development.
  • Drive process improvements, tools, and methodologies.
  • Act as a technical liaison with clients, understanding their needs and proposing technical solutions.
  • Lead technical discussions with clients, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
  • Ensure responsive design and optimal performance across platforms.
  • Implement DevOps practices for deployment, automation, and monitoring.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Years Of Experience : 2 to 2.5 Years Minimum
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead in WordPress, Magento, MERN stack, and DevOps.
  • Strong proficiency in WordPress development, including theme and plugin development.
  • Experience with Magento, including customizations and extensions.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design.
  • MERN stack proficiency: MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce concepts, shopping carts, payment gateways, and order management.
  • DevOps experience: CI/CD, containerization, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), automation tools (Docker, Jenkins).
  • Version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
