About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer in Quality Engineering (QE) to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation testing and a deep understanding of modern testing frameworks. Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts using C# and FLAUI for desktop applications.
  • Utilize Selenium for web application testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand requirements and define test strategies.
  • Identify, analyze, and document defects; track testing progress and provide regular status updates.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test data required for various testing phases.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies through research and development of new automation tools and frameworks.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior automation engineers in best practices and automation techniques.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and advocate for quality throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing.

Required Skills:


  • Proficient in C# and hands-on experience with FLAUI and Selenium.
  • Strong knowledge of automation testing methodologies, practices, and tools.
  • Experience in developing test automation frameworks and test case designs.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
