The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in GST, TDS, invoicing, SAP, Excel, and finalization of accounts. This role demands a strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate entries in SAP.Handle GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance with applicable tax laws.Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns (Form 26Q, 27Q, etc.).Oversee invoice generation (sales/purchase) and ensure proper documentation and tax treatment.Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations.Lead the finalization of accounts, including preparation of Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.Prepare and manage MIS reports, cash flow statements, and other financial summaries.Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.Software SAP B1Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.Solid understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Preferred Skills:Experience in managing multi-location accounting.Exposure to ERP integrations and automation tools.Knowledge of income tax, ROC filings, and payroll accounting.
