Job DescriptionThe Director of Cybersecurity Strategy is the chief authority on cybersecurity architecture and design. They will create a vision, strategy, and roadmap for security infrastructure. This role requires expertise in threat analysis and business acumen to align security initiatives with corporate objectives.The director will lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and mentorship while collaborating with executive leadership to manage risk and enable innovation securely.Develop, own, and drive the enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy and multi-year roadmap.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of cybersecurity professionals.Responsibilities:Cybersecurity Architecture & Design: Design and implement comprehensive cybersecurity solutions that incorporate industry best practices and frameworks such as NIST CSF and MITRE ATT&CK.Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC): Collaborate with the GRC team to translate regulatory requirements into actionable architectural controls and solutions.Technology & Innovation: Evaluate emerging cybersecurity technologies and drive innovation by championing new security capabilities that provide a competitive advantage.Required Skills & Qualifications:A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a senior cybersecurity or leadership role.Expert-level knowledge of security principles across multiple domains, including cloud security, network security, application security, and data protection.Deep experience designing and implementing solutions based on industry frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and MITRE ATT&CK.Benefits:Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business risks and opportunities.
