Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Head of Talent Sourcing to lead our recruitment efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and creating engaging job descriptions and recruitment campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment campaigns that attract top talent.Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including initial interviews and assessments.Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment dashboards.Ensure exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.Requirements:5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, market mapping, and candidate engagement.Ability to independently manage multiple roles and priorities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency with ATS tools and job portals.What We Offer:Our company offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a competitive compensation package.
