Business Intelligence AnalystWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions.Maintain and create analysis and data visuals for strategic decision-making.Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to understand information needs and functional requirements.Present actionable insights from data analysis during program review sessions.Identify opportunities, trends, and strategies aligned with organizational objectives through data analysis.Provide technology consultation on effective data utilization and tool selection.Implement new ideas and manage change related to business intelligence processes.Participate in risk assessment activities to ensure data quality, security, and accuracy.Craft visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that communicate complex data findings.Utilize T-SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation within databases.Develop and use complex formulas, charts, and graphs in Excel for data analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.Utilize Tableau to create analytics visualizations for data-driven insights.Required Skills and Qualifications:Data Analysis and Visualization: Strong ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, as well as SQL and database management.Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to identify problems, develop creative solutions, and implement changes.Benefits:This is an excellent opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for data analysis and business intelligence.
