As a specialist in Commercial Mortgage Analysis (CMA), you will be instrumental in supporting the Bank Finance Arranger division. Your key responsibilities will include creating client profiles, understanding business models, preparing CMA data and ratio analysis, and coordinating with banks and clients to facilitate funding proposals.You will interact with Small Medium Enterprise (SME) and Corporate clients to comprehend their business model, project requirements, and financing needs.Prepare detailed financial reports, including Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR), Interest Coverage Ratio (ICR), Total Obligations to Net Worth (TOL/TNW), Current Ratio, and other critical financial parameters.Create comprehensive client profiles and business summaries for banker presentations.Develop project finance proposals for Greenfield and Brownfield projects, incorporating cost of project, means of finance, implementation schedule, and revenue projections.Work on Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) and Real Estate project funding proposals.Coordinate with banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), and clients to obtain pending documents, resolve queries, and ensure timely sanction and disbursement.Maintain accurate MIS trackers for each case — highlighting stage-wise progress, pendencies, and next actions.Assist in drafting sanction notes, renewal papers, credit justifications, and compliance reports.Required SkillsExcellent command over CMA preparation, project finance analysis, and financial modeling.Working knowledge of Excel, Tally, and MS Word.Strong understanding of banking norms, credit appraisal processes, and regulatory requirements.Effective communication and follow-up discipline for dealing with clients and Relationship Managers (RMs).Able to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and high responsiveness in handling multiple cases.
