You will focus on developing reusable software components, patterns, and tooling to address them. Your outcomes will be a contributor to achieving our long-term strategic goals. Support and mentor teams and products by leveraging advanced to expert skills across multiple domains including front-end and backend development, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, test automation, IaC, CI/CD, and monitoring/diagnostics.Roles & ResponsibilitiesFront-end development: Experience interacting with design teams and scaling front-end development.Event-driven architecture: Knowledge of stream, queue, and eventing systems.REST APIs: Experience in designing, developing, and consuming scalable, low latency RESTful APIs.Relational Databases: Ability to work with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server for database management.CI/CD: Setting up and managing continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using various tools.IaC: Experience with infrastructure as code for provisioning and managing cloud resources.Test Automation: Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.Monitoring and Diagnostics: Knowledge of monitoring and diagnostics tools.Networking: Understanding of networking concepts, including virtual networks, subnets, network security groups, and VPN gateways.Emerging Technologies: Stay abreast of the latest developments in data technologies, evaluating and integrating them into the platform to enhance capabilities.Architectural Design: Lead the architectural design and technical strategy for multiple teams and product lines.Strategic Efforts: Focus on strategic efforts rather than tactical, ensuring tracking towards a one-year architecture direction.Decision Making: Make decisions by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting information; choose the best course of action by establishing clear decision criteria, generating and evaluating alternatives, and making timely decisions.Influencing: Use effective persuasion techniques to gain acceptance of ideas and commitment to actions that support specific outcomes.Required SkillsImplementation: Implementation of complex features and ensure adherence to best practices.Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of the codebase through code reviews, testing, and automation.Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical direction with business goals.Positive Change Agent: Show results and provide feedback to engineering leaders.C# .Net Core: Expert knowledge of C# and .Net Core for developing scalable and high-performance applications.React + FigmaAzure Service Bus, Event Hub, and Event Grid.TerraformMSSQLWhy Join Us?
