Accounts ExecutiveWe are looking for an experienced and qualified accountant to join our finance team. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing financial analysis and advice to support the management and growth of our organisation.Position: 1Responsibilities:Prepare and post journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustmentsMaintain general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgersPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reportsAnalyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvementEnsure compliance with tax laws and regulations and file tax returns on timeConduct internal and external audits and liaise with auditors and tax authoritiesMonitor cash flow and manage bank accountsDevelop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controlsProvide financial guidance and support to other departments and managersKeep abreast of accounting standards, best practices, and industry developmentsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related fieldMinimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in a similar roleProfessional accounting certification from ICAI or ICAI or equivalentProficient in accounting software and MS Office applicationsExcellent knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulationsStrong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEffective communication and interpersonal skillsYou can share this if you know someone who is also interested.
