Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Data Architect with a strong background in Microsoft Fabric Data Engineering to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, and enterprise-scale data solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Power BI, Data Lake, and data modeling to drive strategic data initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data architecture solutions using Microsoft Fabric and related Azure services.
  • Define data strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Architect and develop data pipelines, data lakes, lakehouses, and data warehouses to support analytics, reporting, and machine learning.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure architectural alignment.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices in data engineering, data quality, and governance.
  • Optimize data performance, reliability, and security across different platforms and environments.
  • Evaluate new data technologies and drive innovation in data architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related roles.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Real-Time Analytics, Power BI).
  • Strong experience with Azure Data Services – Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Data Factory.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing modern data platforms, lakehouses, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Deep understanding of data modeling, data governance, metadata management, and data security best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, and other data processing languages/tools.
  • Experience with Power BI for enterprise-level reporting and dashboards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate / Azure Data Engineer Associate
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD for data projects
  • Exposure to real-time streaming and IoT data
  • Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
