About this Role We're seeking a passionate AI/ML expert to help design, fine-tune and deploy domain-specific AI systems. Fine-tune Large Language Models using LoRA/QLoRA methods. Prepare complex medical data for AI training. Develop scalable ML pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD. Evaluate and benchmark open-source models. Monitor model performance and ensure ethical explainable AI. What We're Looking For Degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field. 3+ years of experience. Proven experience in ML development and deployment. Strong Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow skills. Familiarity with LLM frameworks Hugging Face and DeepSpeed. Hands-on experience with RAG LangChain and vector databases. Cloud experience Oracle Cloud Infrastructure a plus.
