Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, building reports, and supporting day-to-day operations.Maintain and update records, properties, lists, and workflows in our CRM system.Ensure data hygiene, deduplication, and consistent reporting.Assist with lead routing, lifecycle stage updates, and funnel tracking.Support integration data flows between our CRM system and other tools.Critical Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:1–3 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Ops, or similar analytical role.A working knowledge of HubSpot CRM (required).Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics, reporting, and dashboards.Ability to work with large datasets, spreadsheets, and simple data models.Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Ads, Google Ads is a plus.Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.Self-starter who enjoys solving problems and improving processes.Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred.About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and data-driven individual to make a meaningful impact on our business.You will have the chance to work closely with leadership to provide insights, streamline processes, and drive predictable revenue growth.The ideal candidate will be passionate about data analysis, process improvement, and collaboration.
