Clinical Application SpecialistAs a key member of our team, the Clinical Application Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving clinical application and operation training for healthcare systems, hospitals, diagnostic imaging centers, and oncology facilities.This individual increases customer satisfaction and productivity by delivering outstanding application training and support to clients for high-end medical imaging systems.Create comprehensive training plans and execute clinical application training within specified timeframes.Efficiently resolve customer clinical problems in a timely manner, enhancing customer satisfaction.Gather customer feedback and showcase excellent clinical images/cases to support product sales and research initiatives.Foster regional expert resources, maintain relationships, and provide customers with assistance in conducting clinical scientific research.Maintain reference hospital partnerships and facilitate their visits as needed.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets and drive growth through product demonstrations and promotional activities.Key Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in medical imaging diagnosis, technology, or related fields.Minimum 5 years of experience as a radiographer or radiologist, or 3+ years as an application specialist with expertise in MR products and technology.Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, coupled with strong customer service awareness.Strong teamwork abilities, adaptability to frequent business travel, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.Educational BackgroundThe ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in medical imaging diagnosis, technology, or related fields. This may include relevant bachelor's or advanced degrees.Professional ExperienceA minimum of 5 years of experience as a radiographer or radiologist is required. Alternatively, 3+ years of experience as an application specialist with knowledge of MR products and technology is also acceptable.Key SkillsEssential skills include exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities, along with a strong focus on customer service.Work EnvironmentThe Clinical Application Specialist will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and flexibility. Frequent business travel is expected.
