Job Description for HR Executive Position Job Title: HR Executive –Worked in Hospital Location: BangaloreExperience Required: Minimum 2 year of HR experience in a hospital; 2- 4years Experience. Educational Qualification:· MBA with Hospital Management· Additional HR certification : PHR / SPHR or SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCPJob Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive with a medical or healthcare background with experience of working in hospitals to manage day-to-day HR operations in our hospital. The ideal candidate will support all HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and coordination with clinical and non-clinical departments.Key Responsibilities:· Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospital staff —including doctors, nurses, paramedics, technicians, and administrative roles.· Coordinate interviews, offer letters, onboarding, and induction programs for new employees.· Maintain and update employee master data, attendance, and leave records.· Assist with payroll inputs, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance.· Handle employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and grievance redressal.· Support training and development for clinical and non-clinical employees.· Ensure timely performance evaluations and appraisals.· Liaise with departmental heads to understand staffing needs and ensure manpower planning.· Prepare and maintain HR reports, letters, and documentation as per hospital HR policies.· Ensure adherence to labour laws, hospital HR policies, and ethical standards.Required Skills:· Prior HR experience in a hospital or healthcare setup(mandatory).· Familiarity with medical roles and terminology.· Good understanding of HRMS systems and MS Office tools.· Strong communication and coordination skills.· Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.· Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.
