Firms profile ACPL Design limited, an award winning Company based in NEW DELHI & Gurugram, We are a complete Design Organization established in 1973 having professional practice in ARCHITECTURE and Interior design and offering Project Management Consultancy Services all over India.  The Firm is proficiently equipped to handle jobs of various types and magnitude. Today at ACPL there’s an employed full time team of 150+ professionals together. Its activities cover Architectural and Interior Design Projects of Urban Planning, RETAIL & Shopping Malls, townships , Institutional, Industrial, Residential and Commercial Mall and multiplexes, Corporate Offices, & Holiday Resorts.   1.        Participate as the Team leader to establish both quantitative and qualitative goals and objectives for each project2.        Effectively manage team members to maintain positive interaction, while ensuring the highest product quality, meeting client expectations within the approved fee budget, project budget and project schedule3.        Assure adherence to ACPL quality standards by reviewing project documents and consulting with the Project Architect, Senior Architect as required4.        Overview, monitor and manage the development of plans, conceptual sketches, elevations and architectural details that illustrate the design intent and use of materials5.        Participate in client management to monitor and, when appropriate, manage communication between the project team and client, consultants, contractors and vendors to communicate design requirements or coordinate design documents6.        In concert with the Management, ensure that design reviews occur at the designated stages and phases of projects7.        Develop appropriate procedures for gathering, coordinating and synthesizing project requirements through interviews and discussions with the client on functional and operational issues8.        Conduct quality assurance reviews at scheduled project intervals to monitor the design progress and quality9.        Conduct senior level liaison activities which may include marketing, pre-design, and programming while attending major client meetings and presentations10.       Participate in and, when appropriate, lead design presentations to clients11.       Act as a public relations figure and constantly promote the company’s image and culture both internally and externally Desired Candidate Profile Degree in Architecture 1.        Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, Photoshop,sketchup Microsoft Office2.        Good verbal & writing skills, leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively3.        A complete understanding of working drawings.4.        Complete understanding of site constructions5.        basic understanding of building bye-laws6.        Experience working with multi-national clients preferred.Skill Requirements:1.        Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service2.        Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations concurrently3.        Ability to interpret multiple instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form4.        Possesses a working knowledge of design and production procedures and processes as well as internal quality assurance processes5.        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management, staff and clients6.        Ability to evaluate, motivate and develop professional staff7.        Ability to serve as a catalyst to encourage, explore and pursue appropriate design solutions8.        Possesses excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills
