Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an AI and Computer Applications Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering one-to-one online training sessions to working professionals.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI tools and their practical application in business environments. They should be able to explain technical concepts in simple, business-friendly language and have prior experience in creating engaging training content.Main Responsibilities:Conduct one-to-one online training sessions for working professionals.Teach the practical use of AI tools for business productivity, research, communication, and presentations.Customize lesson plans based on the learner's business role, day-to-day use cases, and skill development goals.Introduce and teach SQL fundamentals for data handling, reporting, and basic analytics.Help learners become more tech-savvy through tools such as advanced Excel or Google Sheets, slide design tools, collaboration platforms, and automation workflows.Create engaging and interactive learning material including demos, exercises, assignments, and real-world projects.Track learner progress, share structured feedback, and adjust the pace and focus as required.Qualifications and RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills suitable for working professionals.Prior training or coaching experience, especially with adult learners.Strong understanding of AI tools and their practical application in business environments.Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, business-friendly language.Preferred SkillsWorking knowledge of SQL: SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY, JOINS, basic functions.Good command over MS Office and/or Google Workspace — advanced spreadsheets and professional presentations.Familiarity with productivity and automation tools such as Notion, Airtable, Zapier, etc.Experience in creating engaging training content — videos, slide decks, templates, and checklists.BenefitsThis is a fully remote role with flexible scheduling and opportunities for long-term growth and professional development.About UsWe are a leading online education and counseling company that trains students and professionals for international standardized tests and develops specialized skill-building programs focused on practical learning and career-enhancing tools.
