Job Role:A techno-functional consultant will be responsible for supporting the order-to-cash process, including iStore Java/JSP development and order management.Key Skills:iStore Java/JSP Development, Order Management, Pricing, TechnicalSecondary Skills:Installed Base, Service Contracts, PL/SQL, Order to CashThis role requires a deep understanding of the order-to-cash process, including all aspects of product installation, configuration, and support. The ideal candidate should have experience with iStore Java/JSP development, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:Support the order-to-cash process, including sales order management, credit management, and cash application.Develop and maintain iStore Java/JSP applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes.Provide expert-level technical guidance and training to internal stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java/JSP and web technologies.Strong knowledge of iStore Java/JSP development, including design patterns and best practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work in a team environment.
