Job Responsibilities:


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Conduct regular market research to ensure salary structures are aligned with industry standards.
  • Develop and administer incentive programs to reward performance and drive business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of legislative changes and ensure compliance with all compensation and benefits regulations.
  • Assists with projects such as data and workflow management, performance and compensation administration, learning management design, and training, and act as a liaison between Human Resources, Information Technology, Benefits, and Payroll to support HR projects.
  • Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
  • Gathering benchmark data about jobs, compensation and benefits
  • Mapping out salary ranges for open positions
  • Calculating retention, turnover and internal mobility rates


HR Analytics & Reporting:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR data analytics strategy to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across HR functions.
  • Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to translate HR data into actionable insights for business leaders.
  • Design and build reports and dashboards to effectively communicate HR metrics and trends to stakeholders.
  • Identify key HR metrics and KPIs to track program effectiveness and measure progress towards strategic goals.


HR Tools & Systems:

  • Lead the selection, implementation, and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS) to optimize HR operations and data management.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems.
  • Partner with IT to develop and maintain integrations between HRIS and other enterprise systems.


Desired Skills and Competencies

  • Expected to be proficient in the following: Technical Expertise in Compensation and Benefits, Data Analysis and HRIS.
  • Strategic thinking and Business Acumen
  • Work experience as an HR Analyst or similar role. Excellent analytical skills.
  • Good research abilities. Familiarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll and employee benefits.
  • Should have knowledge in recruitment, Business partnering, HR Operations, Compensation and benefits & Database or ATS experience as mandate.
  • A strong knowledge and confidence in the use of spreadsheets, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other programs.
  • Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field (Full time).


Experience: 4 - 8 yrs
