Job Title: Telecom AI ArchitectWe are seeking a highly experienced Telecom AI Architect to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions for our telecommunications business.The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Telecom (4G/5G & IMS) and/or Datacom (Routing, Switching / SD-WAN / Provider Edge).They should have 8+ years of hands-on experience with ML Algorithms; Graph Neural Networks, Time-series Forecasting Algorithms (ARIMA, LSTM…)Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML/DL libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).Experience in Agentic AI, autonomous multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines.Proven track record of building multiple AI/ML solutions for Telecom and Networking use cases.Excellent communication skills to mentor cross-functional teams on architecture, use cases and drive architectural direction of products.Proven experience designing and deploying data pipelines on GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub) for batch and real-time streaming. Ability to handle carrier class data sets of terabyte-scale.Successful deployment of ML systems on AWS and Databricks.Expertise in building scalable AI infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, EKS, automating deployments and ensuring high availability with autoscaling and observability.Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).Exposure to MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).As a Telecom AI Architect, you will play a key role in shaping our AI strategy and driving innovation across our organization.
