Role Description

Job Type: Permanent


Remuneration:

  • Salary as per Industry Standards
  • Commission as a percentage of sales


Experience:

  • Sales: 5+ years
  • Experience in corporate interior turnkey sales or Real estate office sales is a must


Education: Bachelor's or other equivalent degree


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with clients to gain a deep understanding of their workspace requirements.
  • Present Radhika Somana Designers' innovative solutions in a compelling manner to attract potential clients.
  • Handle contract and pricing negotiations effectively.
  • Drive the sales process to successful closure, ensuring a smooth transition from proposal to contract finalization.
