Oracle Fusion Applications AdministratorWe are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Applications Administrator to provide technical support for our Oracle HCM and ERP clouds, external applications, and systems.Maintain production configurations and oversee adherence to the formal configuration maintenance procedure.Provide oversight of Oracle processes in the transaction console and scheduled processes.Create processing and data reports to meet approved business requirements.Develop tailored security roles and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence catalog access according to job titles and responsibilities.Conduct data imports and exports to fulfill authorized business needs.Create and manage Oracle service requests for high-level system issues/requests.Collaborate with IT teams to provide technical analysis, solution options, pros/cons, and recommendations for improvement.Evaluate, modify, and customize existing functionalities and new features with IT teams.Assess current system utilization to identify and recommend improvements.Provide guidance for the preparation of training materials, guides, online content, and documentation.As an Oracle Fusion Applications Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Oracle HCM and ERP clouds. This includes maintaining production configurations, providing oversight of Oracle processes, creating reports, developing security roles, conducting data imports and exports, managing Oracle service requests, and collaborating with IT teams.The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience working with Oracle Fusion Applications.
