Statistical Programming Leadership RoleJob Summary: We are seeking a skilled Global Lead Statistical Programmer to lead our statistical programming activities.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the development of SDTM mapping specifications, ADaM specifications, and other deliverables for Phase I-IV studies.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality programming products.Mentor and coach new hires and junior programmers to enhance their skills and expertise.Develop and maintain programming documentations following established standards and processes.Contribute to the development of standard macros and participate in establishing and maintaining statistical programming standards.Assist with P21 related items and eCRT packages.Requirements:Proven experience in leading statistical programming activities and teams.Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with CDISC standards and eCRT packages.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.
