This role willbe pivotal in guiding our mechanical design efforts and ensuringthe development of cuttingedge transformer technologies. The idealcandidate will possess extensive experience in mechanical designspecifically within the transformer sector and have a strongleadershipbackground.Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master sdegree is a plus.
  • 10 years of mechanical designexperience with a strong focus on the transformerindustry.
  • Proven experience in a leadershiprole successfully managing designteams.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g.SolidWorks AutoCAD).
  • Strong understanding oftransformer design principles and electrical engineeringfundamentals.
  • Excellent problemsolving skillswith a keen attention to detail.
  • Effectivecommunication and interpersonalskills.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Leadand manage the mechanical design team fostering a culture ofcreativity and collaboration.
  • Oversee thedesign and development of transformer components ensuring adherenceto industry standards and bestpractices.
  • Collaborate with electricalengineers manufacturing teams and quality assurance to ensureseamless project .
  • Conduct design reviews andprovide technical direction throughout all phases of productdevelopment.
  • Implement design processimprovements to enhance efficiency and reducecosts.
  • Stay informed on industry trends andtechnological advancements in transformerdesign.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensivedesign documentation including specifications reports and CADdrawings.
  • Manage project timelines and ensuretimely delivery ofprojects.
