You'll be the procurement engine behind Teceze's Secure Sourcing PaaS, driving cost optimization, supplier performance, compliance, and seamless delivery for both internal needs and client procurement programs. This role combines category management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and deal execution to deliver measurable savings and operational excellence.QualificationsMust-Have6–9 years in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain within technology services, hardware/software distribution, or MSP/systems integrator environmentsProven track record of delivering 10–20% cost savings through strategic sourcing, negotiations, and supplier managementDeep expertise in IT procurement categories: networking equipment, compute/storage, security products, cloud subscriptions, software licensing, professional servicesStrong commercial and financial acumen including P&L impact, margin analysis, TCO modeling, volume discounting, payment terms, and FX managementHands-on experience with procurement systems: ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), e-sourcing platforms, contract management, spend analytics toolsAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling, data analysis) and comfort with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)Experience managing supplier relationships including negotiations, SLAs, performance scorecards, and escalation managementStrong project management skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across time zones and drive outcomes with multiple stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skills for executive reporting, client interactions, and supplier negotiationsNice-to-HaveExperience delivering Procurement-as-a-Service or managed procurement for external clientsFamiliarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR) and procurement audit requirementsKnowledge of supply-chain risk management, business continuity planning, and dual-sourcing strategiesUnderstanding of software licensing models (perpetual, subscription, SaaS, ELA) and hardware lifecycle management (EOL/EOS)Experience with multi-country procurement including VAT/GST, customs/duties, Incoterms, import documentation, and local regulatory requirementsCertifications in procurement or supply chain: CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), CIPS, or similarPrevious experience in high-growth companies scaling from $50M to $100M+ revenueWorking Model & BenefitsLocation: India-based with flexible remote/hybrid working arrangementsHours: Shift flexibility required to provide rotating coverage for Americas, EMEA, and APAC time zonesTravel: Minimal travel required; occasional supplier QBRs, OEM meetings, or internal strategy sessions (10–15% annually)Growth Path: Clear progression to Senior Procurement Analyst, Procurement Manager, Category Lead, or Strategic Sourcing Lead roles as Teceze scales Secure Sourcing PaaS from $10M to $20M+ revenue
